This is a Shrine Clown Auto Emergency Knife that has a 2.25 inch blade, divided with half straight edge and half serrated edge. Closed the knife is 3.5 inches long. The knife includes a seat belt and strap cutter and a glass and auto glass breaker. A must have for every vehicle, but I pray you never need it! The Clown emblem is attached.
